For any insurance product purchased via www.superfinserv.in a soft copy of the policy will be emailed to the email id provided at the time of buying the product. The soft copy will be emailed to you by Super Finserv, the insurance provider /company or both.

The Insurance company will also courier a hard copy of the policy documents, within 15-21 days of buying the insurance policy.The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Apart from the shipping time, the print on insurance bond also need time for printing, which varies from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the insurance plan & its features.

Policy hard copy is deliveredto customer’s address & shipped through a courier company, if the delivery service to the destination is available. In absence of courier service to the desired location, the products are shipped through Indian Postal Service.
